The first meeting is about understanding your vision, needs, and lifestyle. We come prepared to listen carefully and take detailed notes. We’ll discuss your budget expectations and style preferences. This step is foundational—we want to ensure understanding of your goals and dreams. We want to know how we can make your house a home.

If you aren’t already working with a designer or architect we can help! We have a network of professionals to explore your options. We can also work together to craft initial ideas that reflect your vision while balancing function, budget and timeline. Based on the initial walk through and discovery meeting, We will provide a rough estimate for the project scope. This estimate will be a general idea of what the project will cost. It will be fine tuned prior to a contract being signed.

Once designs are refined, we finalize all details, pricing, and project scope. We prepare a comprehensive contract outlining timelines, payment terms, and responsibilities.

With your approval, we handle permits, order materials, and schedule subcontractors. We keep you informed about timelines and prepare you for what to expect during construction.

We begin construction with careful attention to quality and schedule. We provide weekly updates, maintain clean job sites, and manage all subcontractors to ensure a smooth process.

Once construction is underway, we conduct weekly, bi-weekly or monthly walkthroughs with you to address any concerns, confirm details and answer questions.

We stay connected to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our team follows up with a 6-month check-in and addresses any warranty issues.
